Adjacent to the living area, you will find a small wardrobe that leads you to the two bedrooms. The children’s room or guest room offers generous built-in cupboards and is spatially separated from the Master Bedroom by the bathroom. The bathroom itself inspires with a walk-in shower with Gessi fittings, Villeroy & Boch ceramics as well as a sauna with infrared function and an inspiring view to the outside and lends an ambience of relaxation and luxury. The separate toilet is equipped with high-quality Villeroy & Boch bathroom ceramics and marble washbasins, a light dome for daylight illumination and sleek Gessi fittings. Built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms provide stylish storage for your wardrobe.

A true retreat of tranquillity awaits you in the Master Bedroom. A solid wooden bed, made from 700-year-old oak beams, offers you heavenly sleeping comfort. From the terrace with privacy screen you can enjoy the fresh sea air or access the roof of your domicile via a staircase to the roof terrace, which is particularly suitable for events with up to 20 guests. The solar panels are installed on the front part of the roof terrace and generate an output of 10.5 kWp.

Excellent smart home control allows you to control the sun shades, while hot water underfloor heating provides cosy warmth throughout the Waterloft. You receive notifications about window closures, heating, lighting and home automation, as well as the integrated alarm system. The Quooker Pro 3 Vaq tap in the kitchen provides you with boiling, cold, still or sparkling water of the highest quality. The modern and individually designed cockpit allows you to easily control the boat, and an iPad always gives you information about water, diesel and fuel oil levels.

The Waterloft Ohana is currently moored at Pichelssee, in Berlin, but can also be on the move. Generally, a transfer to other waters is possible and will be gladly taken over by the current owner.
